Refund Policy

I. Refund Policy for Users (Learners)
Learners are not eligible for refunds once a course has been started (i.e., after video or material playback begins).
Refunds will only be processed if:
- The course contains provably false or misleading information
- The course is removed or delisted from the platform due to quality or compliance issues
Merkava encourages all learners to view available free previews or teasers before purchasing a course.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
II. Refund & Monetization Policy for Content Creators
Creators will receive payment when a learner subscribes to or purchases their course.
If a course is delisted by Merkava due to policy violations or quality issues, it will no longer be monetized or eligible for further payouts.
Creators are not entitled to earnings for content that is removed for breaching platform guidelines or applicable law.
