This Terms of Service ("Terms") for Merkava Technologies Private Limited (the "Company", "Merkava", "we", "us", or "our") governs your access to and use of our website (https://www.skillverse.club) and any related services, tools, platforms, and features, including the Merkava online marketplace for educational content (collectively, the "Services").

For the purposes of these Terms, "you" and "your" refers to users located in India who access or use the Services, including but not limited to content creators ("Creators") and learners ("Learners").

Please read these Terms carefully. By using, accessing, or downloading any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use any of the Services.

Creator Legal Addendum for Merkava Technologies Private Limited

This Creator Legal Addendum ("Addendum") supplements the Terms of Service of Merkava Technologies Private Limited (the "Company", "Merkava", "we", "us", or "our") and applies specifically to individuals or entities ("Creators") located within India who create, upload, or sell content on the Merkava platform (https://www.skillverse.club).

By creating an account and uploading content on Merkava, you agree to be bound by this Addendum, along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform as a Creator.

This Addendum sets forth additional rights and responsibilities applicable to Creators, including:

I. Content Licensing

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Merkava a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote such content across the platform within India.

II. Content Requirements

  • All content must be created and owned by the Creator.
  • Uploading third-party content without proper rights is prohibited.
  • Content must not be illegal, misleading, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or infringing.

III. Content Moderation

Merkava reserves the right to:

  • Remove or restrict content without prior notice
  • Moderate or filter uploaded material
  • Suspend or terminate creator accounts for violations

IV. Payout Eligibility

  • Creators must provide valid Indian bank account details and PAN information.
  • Payouts will be made in INR through supported Indian payment rails.

V. Legal Compliance

Creators must:

  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and tax regulations
  • Maintain ethical standards in educational content
  • Cooperate in the event of any legal investigation or platform audit
